On October 3rd, the bending machine, shearing machine, punching machine and other equipment were started for production. After the running-in period, operators Zhu Zaifu, Ji Hongmei, Huang Houming and other employees made corresponding fixtures according to their own operating requirements, greatly improving work efficiency.

With the relocation of production, corresponding auxiliary facilities have also increased. The company implements shelf style three-dimensional management of the warehouse area, adopting a three-layer shelf model for the overall warehouse area. The company places various auxiliary materials, consumables, labor protection, and other items in different areas to achieve the fastest material retrieval and timely and effective preparation of the receiving and sending ledger. The production workshop implements a responsibility system for the work area, with the main responsible person posted in the responsible area. Each employee completes the daily cleaning of the work area, and the regional supervisor supervises and inspects the hygiene of the area.
